We arrived very late on the saturday evening (midnight) but there was still plenty of helpful friendly staff around to help us, we were showed to our room and found a lovely bottle of wine in the mini fridge and a fruit platter each. Upon arriving we filled out a form, and it asked about allergies on there (good sign already). I have a severe nut allergy and i'm also gluten free, so I had contacted the hotel beforehand to ensure they could cater for me, and the hotel manager was quick at responding and assured me they code. It's my first time visiting Kos and my Partners second time, and we both had such an amazing experience. We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this fabulous hotel.
